Criminal Defense Manual, 2000 Edition  NEW

Adapting and revising a project prepared by the Federal Community Defender Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Federal Public Defender Office for the District of New Jersey published and distributed the first edition of the Criminal Defense Manual for the District of New Jersey in 1998. The 2000 edition replaces and revises that edition. The Criminal Defense Manual reflects the Office’s objective to offer guidance, education, and support to the CJA Panel attorneys appointed to represent indigent criminal defendants in this district.
