It is important to remember that electronic filings are available to anyone

with a PACER password, including members of the general public.

Therefore it is imperative that you not file sentencing memorandums

electronically. Hard copies only should go directly to the Court.

Furthermore, be careful to redact identifying information, such as dates of

birth and social security numbers, from all electronic filings.
